    减肥计划 >_<

    减肥计划
    第一,每周六日一三早上9点游泳二十个回合;
    第二,其他时间晚上瑜伽45分钟;
    第三,晚上不吃主食,只吃菜和水果;
    第四,肉类少吃。

    我要减肥!!可是为什么每天都觉得好饿。。。每天都想吃好多东西。。。

    第二,瑜伽早已被科学证明有害于身体,老一点你骨质疏松的时候别后悔。。。
    第三,你以为晚上吃水果能减肥啊?水果里含的糖够你胖的了,而且这糖更容易吸收。。。
    第四,知道老美保持健康身体的秘诀吗?多吃精肉,多合理锻炼,仅此而已,女生不吃肉以后肚子大的时候再吃会受不了的。。。
    综上所述,只要你男人不嫌弃你,顺其自然活得顺心就是最健康的,哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈~~~~吃吧!!!

    一,二对我来说没有问题(虽然9点可能是晚上9点),三四绝对做不到,饿了会吃得更多,到时候你就再也不觉得薯片是万恶的了......我曾经一天不吃饭,只吃苹果(因为苹果含有丰富的纤维),没想到越吃越饿,结果吃了14个苹果。然后都烙下了每天晚上定时fart的习惯。然后我下铺的兄弟就。。。。。。
